Warren Thomas - Vice President
Warren Thomas, CEO of RMT Construction & Development Group, has over 25 years of experience in diverse sectors including healthcare, education, industrial, and government projects. A Class A Contractor and Responsible Land Disturber, he began as a masonry apprentice and grew to lead multimillion-dollar developments. Active in GRACRE, Associated Builders & Contractors, and Rebuilding Together of Virginia, Warren is dedicated to quality, professionalism, and strengthening his community.
DeSeana Evans-Turner - Secretary
DeSeana Evans-Turner is a graduate of Shaw University with a degree in criminal justice. Mrs. Evans-Turner is a Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in child welfare, adult services, crisis intervention, and program leadership. She is certified in Trauma-Informed Care and CPS Investigation, and APS/AS. DeSeana is passionate about empowering families and building strong community partnerships.
Tonia Sharpe - Treasurer
Ms. Sharpe is a Richmond native and graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandising and a master’s in School Counseling from Liberty University. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. for over 30 years, she brings 25+ years of experience in management, human resources, and counseling. Passionate about student success, she provides personalized guidance to help individuals achieve their professional goals.
